recipes sought from readers We don't like leftover Thanksgiving turkey casseroles any more than you do. To make this year's post-Turkey Day meals a little less dull, we need your help. Send us a recipe that uses leftover turkey -- or ham, or "turducken" -- and we might publish it, in print or on the Web. For the recipe, please include: ingredients, directions and how many servings it makes. Please also include some information about you: name, age, occupation and where you live, as well as daytime and evening phone numbers.
